In order to file a claim under the Civil Liability Insurance, you will need an original document certifying the event, a vehicle registration certificate, a technical inspection certificate, a driver's license, a control ticket or ACT, a civil liability policy, a Casco policy if any.

A notification is filled in at the office of the Insurer, the original document certifying the event and a copy of all described above are attached. Then a damage number is issued and an inspection of the damaged object is performed.
