1. Prohibits the sudden crossing of various lanes, also known as "slalom".
2. The requirement for mandatory switching on of the dipped beam when passing through a tunnel is introduced.
3. It is forbidden to place any objects and materials on the plates with the registration numbers of vehicles.
4. Racing is prohibited.
5. Stricter restrictions are introduced when tinting car windows.
New additions have also been adopted regarding the mandatory documents that a driver must carry:
- Driver's license and control coupon to it;
- Vehicle registration certificate;
- Document for concluded compulsory motor third party liability insurance for the motor vehicle he drives and for the trailer towed by him;
- Transport documents specified by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications;
- When leaving the country - a valid international certificate of "Civil Liability" of motorists abroad - "Green Card";
- Sign for initial technical inspection or certificate for periodic inspection for technical serviceability.
