A three-member panel revoked the decree of the Council of Ministers on the increase of vignette fees in Bulgaria, which came into force in 2016. The main motive of the SAC is that the decree was adopted in the complete absence of public discussion. The court's decision is not yet final, it is subject to appeal by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW). For this reason, RIA announced that prices remain unchanged at this time.
