Health Insurance "Health +" offers financial support for health services and / or goods used by the insured person, in order to diagnose and treat diseases and traumatic injuries of the same person, which occurred during the insurance coverage. The insurance contract is concluded under the General Terms and Conditions for Medical Insurance of Generali Zastrahovane AD.

The insurance can be concluded for Bulgarian and foreign citizens, legally residing in the Republic of Bulgaria, aged up to 64 years. The coverage is valid only for the territory of Bulgaria and does not cover the costs of treatment abroad.

The specific types of services and / or goods included in the health packages and the options for them are described in detail in the contract (policy). The insurance provides coverage for:

• Outpatient care - examination by specialists - primary and secondary examinations, consultations, clinical-laboratory and instrumental examinations, imaging, functional examinations, endoscopic examinations, osteodensitometry, manipulations and physiotherapy;
• Hospital care - hospitalization of patients, examination, tests - laboratory and instrumental, diagnostic imaging, appointment of treatment, consultation with specialists, manipulations, tests, operations, consumables, team selection, operations with small, medium, large and very large volume of complexity and highly specialized surgery, consultations with habilitated persons in hospital treatment, physiotherapy and rehabilitation in hospital treatment and implant placement in surgical operations. 
• Възстановяване на разходи – лекарствени продукти, помощни средства, диоптрични стъкла/лещи за корекция на зрението; 
• Specialized medical transport (outside the conditions of emergency) in case of medical necessity - with a limit of up to BGN 50.
