The National Assembly announced a public tender for the conclusion of a group risk insurance "Life" for the 240 MPs from the 44th Parliament. The term of the insurance is 1 year, and the winning insurer will receive up to BGN 50,000, excluding VAT. The sum insured of each MP is BGN 30,000. The insurer will have to pay this amount if he dies of a heart attack or stroke, in the event of a traffic accident or assault by a third party.
