The Chairman of the Board of the Guarantee Fund - Borislav Mihailov, assesses the measure provided for in the Insurance Code for termination of registration of vehicles without civil liability as sufficiently effective. It will show its effectiveness in the next 2017.
The number of officially terminated vehicle registrations is currently more than 65,000. Nearly 69,000 letters have been sent to notify vehicle owners who do not have taken out Civil Liability Insurance.
