NGOs have launched a campaign - "Insolence is not harm."
It is aimed at car drivers who park in disabled spaces without needing them.
The Center for Independent Living and the Bulgarian Association of Accident Victims showed a video in which for 2 hours 15 drivers stop in the blue places in the capital's malls, without having the right to do so.
Traffic police also took part in the action, as a result of which some drivers received fines for illegal parking.
If you are annoyed by such actions, stick a sticker "Insolence is not harm" on the next car parked this way, organizers advise.
They also demanded higher fines for drivers who park their cars in places for the disabled in front of their children.
