New rules of the Ministry of Interior against corruption on the road come into force today.

With the new rules for violations of the rules, only officers of the Traffic Police will be able to stop us - in uniform with wide reflective edging and white caps. Nova TV also reports that checks for a complex belt, upright car and child seats will be made only in large actions.

The changes will oblige the traffic police to tell us why they are stopping us. For speeding we will receive only an electronic slip, which will be issued by stationary cameras.

All 2,500 police cars are expected to be equipped with GPS control systems within a month.

The new measures aim primarily to limit to a minimum the direct contact of the employees who carry out road control with the drivers of cars or, if there is one, to take place in the conditions of control by technical means - video and audio recording.

The Ministry of Interior expects that the new measures will reduce road corruption by 80%. The first results will be reported in January.
