The increase of 30%, which is being talked about, is speculative and it is not real. of "Civil Liability" is an increase in the number of damages, and so far such is not observed.
In Bulgaria the price of the Civil Liability Insurance is one of the lowest. Now it ranges between 120 and 200 BGN. Its price depends on the area of issue and the number of damages.
