An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 near Varna image

An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter scale was registered near Varna.
The quake was registered at 9.14 am and has a depth of 7.9 km, according to data from the Geophysical Institute at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, BNR reported.

The quake's epicenter was 35km west of Varna and 10km northeast of Provadia, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center. It is felt in the area of Provadia, Devnya and the surrounding villages.

There are no reports of injuries or damage. No aftershocks have been registered so far.
