From April 18, 2016 The official deregistration of cars without concluded Civil Liability Insurance is in full force, after the changes in the State Gazette and in Ordinance № I-45 on the registration, reporting, commissioning and suspension of motor vehicles and of the trailers towed by them, April 2016 and the amendments to the Insurance Code 2016 of 1 January 2016.
Annual tax continues to be due for vehicles whose registration has been officially terminated (due to unpaid Civil Liability Insurance).
