After focusing on Fiat, Jeep and Chrysler in the last few years, Fiat Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne is also working on the revival of the forgotten Alfa Romeo. The renewal of the range begins with the most prestigious and expensive model "Julia", which was presented yesterday at the museum of the brand in Arese near Milan.

The model debuted on the day that marked 105 years since the founding of Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili (A.L.F.A.), or in other words, the "Public Automobile Company of Lombardy".

With a new emblem to new successes
With the new "Julia", the updated Alfa Romeo logo was shown for the first time. Its author is the company "Robilant Associates", which has serious experience in product design. Naturally, the key elements (the cross, the snake with a crown) have been preserved, but the background has been changed, as well as the font used to write the name of the company.

In developing the "Julia", the Italians have tried to return to their roots by offering a beautiful car, close to a work of art, with innovative engines, perfect mass distribution between the front and rear axles and excellent weight / power ratio. The most complete embodiment of these values is the top version of the model, traditionally bearing the addition of Quadrifoglio to its name.

Motorbike with Ferrari genes and 510 horsepower
The car, marked with a four-leaf clover, relies on a six-cylinder turbo gasoline engine, developed jointly with Ferrari, offering 510 horsepower. It provides a sprint to 100 km / h in 3.9 seconds.
