The tenth day of the month has already passed and we will traditionally look at what is happening with the offer prices of properties in the ten largest cities in the country. In general, we can summarize that there is no serious movement in the offer prices of properties in the last month.
The average prices of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have increased in three of the ten leading cities in the country, have decreased in six cities and have remained unchanged in the capital Sofia.
Ruse is the big winner in the last month, as all three observed types of properties have seen an increase in offer prices in one of the leading sites for real estate ads (imot.bg). The offers of one-room apartments in the Danube capital increased the most (1.57%), followed by the increase in one-room apartments (1.44%) and three-room apartments (1.41%).
In the capital, prices remain almost unchanged, with a slight decrease in the offer prices of one-bedroom apartments, which is offset by the increase in the offer prices of two-bedroom apartments. One-room offers are kept unchanged.
The average property prices in Varna decreased by 1%. This is mainly determined by the decrease in the prices of two-bedroom apartments, which decreased by 2.1% for the last month.
The opposite of Varna is the trend in the other large seaside city - Burgas, where the offer prices of the offered properties have increased by an average of 0.9% in the last month, led by the rise in prices of two-bedroom apartments by 1.4%. The biggest decrease in percentage terms is registered in the prices of one-bedroom apartments in Sliven - by 2.5%, but this decline should be viewed with skepticism, given the small number of such properties offered in the city. For example, in Sliven we do not find any offered one-bedroom property at the moment.
